Offline access, version history & analytics
2 min read
Beyond OCR and setlists, ChoirVault has several other tools on its roadmap. Offline Mode is designed to give access to cached scores and setlists without an internet connection — useful for venues with poor connectivity, like older church buildings or outdoor performance spaces.
Version History is planned to track every edit and arrangement change, with the ability to restore a previous version if a change needs to be undone. Collaborative Editing would let section leaders add their own markings and share updates with the rest of their section.
Advanced Analytics is planned to track practice time, repertoire usage, and attendance correlations, with exportable reports for ensemble leadership. As with everything else here, these are planned/in-development features described on the website — exact availability and rollout order at launch hasn't been finalized publicly.
