Smart setlists & rehearsal planning
3 min read
ChoirVault's planned Smart Setlists & Planning tools are built to help you build and auto-schedule rehearsals and services without the usual spreadsheet juggling.
Planned capabilities include real-time scheduling conflict detection (for example, catching a double-booked soloist or section before it becomes a problem), suggested section and roster balancing based on attendance data, and historical repertoire data used to avoid over-programming the same pieces too often.
Alongside setlists, ChoirVault's planned Community Hub adds structured communication spaces — dedicated channels per voice part (Sopranos, Altos, Tenors, Basses) — plus admin broadcast tools with read receipts and prioritized notifications, so important announcements don't get lost in a group chat.
